提出了一种适合于非晶合金铸坯连续生产的复合铸型连续铸造法并据此建立了一套水平连铸装置.采用拉停循环的间歇式拉坯方式成功连铸出直径10 mm长度60 cm的Zr基非晶合金棒材.金相、XRD、DSC等分析结果表明该方法制备的非晶合金有很好的非晶性.还基于非晶合金形成的CCT曲线,探讨了复合铸型连续铸造法形成非晶合金的冷却过程.该方法可用于非晶合金棒材工业化生产,并能降低生产成本,促进非晶合金研究的发展和应用.
