采用活性炭还原KMnO4制备MnOx/AC催化剂,利用SEM、XPS对其进行表征。结果表明,Mn以MnO2的形式存在于活性炭表面。辊压成型法制成MnOx/AC电极,以所制MnOx/AC电极为阴极、Ti/RuO2电极为阳极,对苯酚废水进行电解氧化处理,研究了电流密度、电极间距离、初始pH值、电解质溶液浓度等因素对处理效果的影响,其中电流密度为主要影响因素,当电流密度为39mA/cm2、电极间距离为3cm、初始pH值为6.8、电解质(Na2SO4)浓度0.1mol/L、苯酚初始浓度为100mg/L,反应100min时MnO2/AC电极对苯酚的降解率达到99.7%。所制备的MnOx/AC电极对苯酚废水具有很好的催化降解效果。
MnOx/AC catalyst was prepared by the reduction of KMnO7 by activated carbon(AC) powder.It was characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).It was shown that Mn was present in the chemical state of MnO2.And MnOx/AC electrode was obtained by pressure.An electrolytic cell with MnOx/AC cathode and Ti/RuO2 anode was used to treat phenol wastewater.Current density was the main factor among some influence factors.Approximately 99.7% of phenol was removed after electrolysis for 100 min with the optimal parameters of current density of 39mA/cm2,the electrode distance of 3cm,the initial pH value of 6.8,the electrolyte concentration of 0.1mol/L Na2SO4,the initial phenol concentration for 100mg/L.And MnOx/AC electrode had better catalytic activity in degradation of phenol.
