采用固相法合成Ca9Co12O28和Ca8.1Gd0.9Co12O28前驱粉体,利用290MPa冷等静压成型,然后无压烧结成瓷.并对它们的热电性能进行了研究.实验结果表明:Ca81Gd0.9Co12O28热电性能优于Ca9Co12O28,两者都属于P型半导体热电材料;由于两者的致密度不高,造成电导率偏低,导致最终热电评价指标ZT值较低.
