以夏威夷果壳为原料,采用KOH活化以及掩埋法隔绝空气活化制备具有高比表面积的活性炭,并以此产品制成双电层电容器.通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、循环伏安(CV)和恒流充放电、交流阻抗等方法研究了该材料的结构、表面形态和电化学性能.结果表明,样品的BET比表面积高达1760m3/g.所制备的材料在1mol/L KOH的水系电解液中显示较好的电容性能,当电容器的电压为1.1V时,比电容为163.63F/g,具有较高应用前景.
Activated carbon with high specific surface area was prepared by KOH chemical activation method and burying isolation method and this product was made into double layer capacitor.The structure,surface morphology and electrochemical properties of the materials were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD),scanning electron microscopy (SEM),cyclic voltammetry (CV) and constant current charge discharge and AC impedance.The results showed that:the BET specific surface area of the sample was as high as 1760m3/g.The asprepared material showed good capacitance performance in the 1 mol/L KOH electrolyte.When the.voltage of the capacitor was 1.1 V,the measured specific capacitance was 163.63 F/g,which has great prospects for practical application.
