利用HL-1500横流CO_2激光加工机对40Cr钢表面进行激光相变硬化处理,利用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪、显微硬度计、恒电位仪、磨损试验机等研究了不同扫描间距对激光相变硬化层组织性能的影响.结果表明:激光相变硬化层主要由Fe、Fe_3C、Fe-Cr、Cr_3C_2等相组成.当扫描间距为8mm时,回火作用显著,扫描间距为16 mm时,回火作用不明显.试样的显微硬度随扫描间距的增大先升高后降低,扫描间距为12 mm时,试样的平均显微硬度最高,为794.7 MPa.随着扫描间距的增加,耐蚀性和耐磨性均增强.
Laser surface hardening was carried out by HL-1500 CO_2 laser machine on 40Cr steel ,and the influence of scanning space on microstructure and properties of laser transformation hardened layers were investigated by means of scanning electron microscope, X-ray diffractometer, microhardness meter, potenti-ostat and abrasive wear testing machine etc. The result indicated that, the laser transformation hardened layer is mainly consisted of Fe, Fe_3C, Fe-Cr and Cr_3C_2. The tempering effect is obvious when scanning space is 8 mm, and when scanning space is 16 mm, the tempering effect is not obvious. The microhardness of the samples increased at first and then decreased with the increasing of the scanning space. The maxi-mum microhardness 794.7 Mpa is obtained when scanning space is 12 mm. Both the corrosion resistance and wear resistance are enhanced with the increasing of the scanning space.
