简要介绍了具有超高强度和较高伸长率的淬火分配(Q&P)钢的处理工艺、相关的理论模型和国内外的研究现状。指出在Q&P钢的处理工艺中,淬火温度的选择和抑制渗碳体析出的重要性,并探讨了Q&P钢在汽车上的可应用领域。
The process technique of high tensile strength and good elongation Q&P steel, related theoretical model and the status of research and development are introduced. The importance of the choice of quenching temperature and suppression of carbide precipitation for Q&P process is pointed out and the application of Q&P steel in vehicle is discussed.
