柱撑粘土是当前分子工程学研究最为普遍的一族微孔/介孔材料.Ti柱撑粘土以其热稳定性高、表面酸性强和催化性能高而引人注目.采用水解法制备了Ti柱撑粘土(Ti-PILC),通过X射线衍射分析(XRD)、比表面积和孔径分布(BET)、氢程序升温还原(H2-TPR)等方法研究了TiO2在Na蒙脱石上氧物种的催化反应特性.结果表明,Ti柱撑粘土比表面积急剧增大,但TiCl4水解法产生的高浓度酸对皂土结构有一定影响,Ti柱撑粘土的还原温度要比单纯的TiO2粉体降低500℃,具有更高的氧活性,可望在催化领域得到应用.

Pillared clays constitute one of the most widely studies families among the new group of mircroporous or mesoporous materials developed by molecular engineering.Ti-pillared clay is paid attention to in this field for its high thermal stability,strong surface acidity and catalytic activity.Ti-pillared clay is prepared by TiCl4 hydrolysis.The reducibility and structural characteristics of the samples are revealed and determined with hydrogen temperature programmed reduction,X-ray diffraction and BET surface area measurement.It is found that TiO2-pillared clay's special surface area is dramatically increased.Acid treatment is influential on the structure of bentonite.Results show that the reduction temperature of TiO2,when intercalated in the interlayer of Na-bentonite,is decreased for more than 500℃ compared with TiO2.It is expected that highly dispersed TiO2 in the interlayer of Na-bentonite has a wide potential application in the advanced catalytic field.
