对U-5.7Nb合金试样进行了190℃人工等温时效,时效时间从1h到16h.对比并讨论了X射线衍射数据,给出了由于时效诱导的结构变化,包括晶格参数、晶格应变及Nb在基体中的残留量.结果表明,190℃下时效2h.U-5.7Nb合金内部出现了调幅分解,随着时效时间延长,观察到γ(0)相生成.
