由乳酸-季戊四醇-谷氨酸(PLA-PTOL-PGLU,mLA/mPTOL/mPGLA=100/1/1)共聚物与壳聚糖(CS)通过分子间作用自组装成超分子膜.利用FT-IR和SEM对膜的表面结构进行了表征,绘制出分子组装过程的放热曲线,同时测定了自组膜的溶胀度.发现两种分子间存在强的氢键作用,分子有较好的相容性,自组膜的稳定性高,溶胀度低(37 ℃,pH=7.4).
