采用高温凝胶色谱法研究了不同分子量分布的高密度聚乙烯(HDPE),并对各自的流变性能、热性能和力学性能进行了研究.结果表明,分子量及其分布是决定树脂性能的主要因素,低分子量部分含量越多,结晶度越大.熔体流动速率(MFR)与重均分子量(Mw)成反比,重均分子量越大,对剪切速率越敏感.分子量分布指数(PI)越大,拉伸强度越高,但冲击性能下降.
