高炉富氧操作可分为稳定风量、稳定炉腹煤气量及稳定压差3种方式。在大型高炉工况条件下,解析了3种富氧操作方式下主要冶炼参数的变化规律,以及高炉下部高温区煤气通道状况。结果表明:稳定风量的富氧操作方式有利于煤气流在炉缸的均匀分布以及有效煤气通道量增加,是提高高炉产能的有效措施。

Operation of blast furnace with oxygen enriched blast can be generalized in three modes, such as blast with stable air flowrate,blast with stable gas flowrate in bosh and blast with stable pressure drop in BF.For large blast furnaces,the change of main operation parameters are analyzed and gas channels in high temperature and lower part of blast furnace are discussed for three modes.The results show that gas flow can be wellproportioned distributed in hearth, and effective quantity of gas channels increased under oxygenenrichment operation with stable air flowrate,thus oxygenenrichment operation with stable air flowrate is an effective way for improving the productivity of blast furnace.
