采用DSC方法对低粘度环氧树脂基体进行了固化度分析,并研究了环氧树脂浇铸体的拉伸强度、拉伸模量、弯曲强度、弯曲模量和热变形温度与固化度之间的关系.结果表明,浇铸体的最高强度不与最高固化度同步出现,但热变形温度随固化度的增加而升高.
The degree of cure of the low viscosity epoxy resin system is calculated by differential scanning calo-rimetry (DSC) technique. The relation of tensile strength, tensile modulus, flexural strength, flexural modulus and temperature of deflection of the epoxy resin casting matrix to the degree of cure is discussed. The results show that the crest value of tensile and flexural strength does not come with the greatest value of curing degree synchronously, but the temperature of deflection increases with the increase of the degree of cure.
