为提高白云鄂博特殊矿高炉强化冶炼技术水平,在高炉精料和操作技术两大方面进行了优化,前者包括烧结和球团新技术应用、高炉含铁炉料结构优化、炼焦配煤优化;后者涵盖提高炉缸活跃性、改善煤气流分布及顺行状况等措施。应用这一综合技术,2006年包钢炼铁厂高炉平均利用系数突破2.0 t/(m3·d),白云鄂博特殊矿强化冶炼技术取得了显著进步。
In order to improve the operation of BF, both burden material benefication and operation were optimized. The new sintering and pelleting technology, optimized burden structure and new coking technology are used and hearth activity,gas stream distribution have been improved for smooth operation. By using this integrated technique, the productivity of blast furnace reached 2.0 t/(m3·d) at Baotou Steel in 2006 and the technique of intensified operation with Baiyunebo ores has been improving greatly.
