以0.3 mol/L草酸为电解液,利用磁控溅射镀铝与阳极氧化相结合的方法在医用316L不锈钢表面制备了亚微米至微米尺度的载药微孔.利用扫描电镜和X射线能谱对微孔表面形貌和元素分布进行观察和分析;并运用电化学极化曲线法研究了多孔316L不锈钢在生理盐水溶液中的腐蚀行为.研究结果表明:微孔的尺寸随着氧化电压的增加和氧化时间的延长而增大;且316L不锈钢的耐腐蚀性提高.
