为分析转炉烟罩冷却水管早期失效原因,用金相显微镜,扫描电镜,X射线衍射仪等对失效水管进行了检验和分析,结果表明,水管外壁的孔洞是内壁扩展到外壁的热疲劳裂纹,疲劳裂纹是在高温和交变热应力状态下发生的氧腐蚀造成的。

The optical microscope,scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffractometer were used to find out the failure reason of the water pipes in the converter hood.The result showed that the holes on the pipes were caused by the thermal fatigue cracks,which were created under the condition of the high temperature and the alternating thermal stress.
