通过共沉淀法获得包覆式Al2O3-Y2O3/ZrB2复合粉体并对其进行放电等离子烧结来提高ZrB2陶瓷的烧结致密度和高温抗氧化能力.研究表明:通过引入YAG-Al2O3制备的陶瓷和纯ZrB2陶瓷相比,在相同氧化条件下得到的氧化层厚度有所变薄,说明通过引入YAG-Al2O3可以改善ZrB2陶瓷的抗氧化性能.在相同氧化条件下,引入Al2O3越多的陶瓷氧化层厚度越小.

The composite ceramic powders ZrB2 coated with Al2O3-Y2O3 prepared by co-precipitation method were densified by spark plasma sintering(SPS)and the oxidation resistance of the ceramics at high temperature was investigated,and phases and morphology of the oxidized layer of the ceramics were examined by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and electron probe micro analyzer(EPMA).The results indicate that the oxidation resistance of ZrB2 ceramics with addition of YAG-Al2O3 at high temperature is increased compared to that of pure ZrB2 ceramics.With the increase of Al2O3 content,the better oxidation resistance of ZrB2-YAG-Al2O3 composite ceramics is observed.
