通过对醋酸锌和三乙醇胺的水溶液微波辐照5min制得了半导体ZnO多孔纳米球.粉体用XRD、EDS、FESEM、TEM和HRTEM进行了表征.结果表明,ZnO多孔球为六方纤锌矿相结构,球直径在200~400nm之间,球表面富含有大量的孔隙.对比试验讨论了碱的浓度对晶体生长的影响,分析了可能的反应机理.室温下的PL光谱表明粉体在388nm处较强的激子发射和中心区在550nm处较宽的黄绿光发射.
