  根据某车型左/右车门内板的工艺特点,制定不同的工艺补充面模型,采用冲压模拟分析软件AUTOFORM对其拉延成形进行数值模拟,通过对零件可成形性分析图和零件变薄量图的分析、比较及工艺补充部分的调整,得到优化的拉延件型面,最终生产出合格产品。实践证明,该模拟分析结果可靠、准确,为同类型产品零件的生产起到指导作用。

Based on the processing characteristics of a certain vehicle left/right door inner panel,different craft supplement face mold was worked out. The stamping analysis software AUTOFORM was adopted to simulate the drawing forming process of door inner panel. Then the surface of die was optimized through analyzing the formability diagram and thinning diagram. Finally,a reasonable drawing die mold was obtained,and the qualified products were manufactured. It is proved in practive that the simulation result is reliable and accurate,and can play a guiding role in manufacturing the related parts.
