以丙烯酸-β-羟丙酯(HPA)为羟基单体,采用种子乳液聚合工艺合成了羟值为99.0mg KOH/g的聚丙烯酸酯乳液,配制水性双组份聚氨酯丙烯酸酯涂料(2K-WPU).比较了常规乳化剂和可聚合型乳化剂对聚丙烯酸酯乳液性能的影响.研究发现:采用可聚合型乳化剂制备的聚丙烯酸酯乳液对固化剂和成膜助剂的容忍度高,其配制的水性双组份涂料的涂膜外观好、光泽高、涂层致密无表面缺陷,具有优异的耐化学品性能.涂膜TGA分析表明采用可聚合乳化剂体系制备的2K-WPU涂膜具有较高的热稳定性.
