钛酸钡是研究最多应用最广泛的钙钛矿型铁电材料,钛酸钡陶瓷中的内应力受到人们的广泛关注.综述了导致钛酸钡陶瓷产生内应力的相关要素,指出钛酸钡陶瓷中的内应力会影响介电常数、居里温度以及介温特性,总结了钛酸钡陶瓷中内应力的研究历史、当前进展及规律与机理.
