采用溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米锌铁氧体,在凝胶形成之前加入超细可膨胀石墨,生成的干凝胶粉末在马弗炉中灼热一段时间,在纳米锌铁氧体生成的同时微膨石墨发生膨胀,由此合成出纳米铁氧体复合材料.应用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜对产物的晶体结构和微观形貌进行了表征分析,并着重对比研究了不同热处理温度对产物粒度分布的影响.利用小型烟箱试验测出产物在军用红外波段质量消光系数大于0.9 m~2/g;利用矢量网络分析仪测试其在2~18 GHz的电磁参数.结果表明:在纳米铁氧体中添加超细微膨石墨,增加了电磁波的损耗,并在红外波段具有显著的消光特性..

Nano-ferrite ZnFeO_2 was synthesized with method of sol-gel. Before the form of sol, superfine expanded graphite was added into the solution. When gel was heated, the graphite would expand in the Muffle, and then nano-ferrite compound was obtained. Crystal structure and surface appearance of products were investigated by XRD and SEM. The effect of heating temperature on the particle size was discussed. Mass extinction coefficients of composites were more than 0.9 m~2/g in the IR range by smoke box. Electromagnetic parameters were measured with vector network analysis from 2~18 GHz. The results showed that when super-fine expanded graphite was added into nano-ferrite, the electromagnetic loss was increased and infrred extinction was enhanced.
