对1.5 mm厚的20钢采用激光焊接,利用维氏硬度计、光学显微镜等工具对焊接接头组织和力学特性进行研究.结果表明,采用激光焊接方法可以实现1.5 mm厚20钢的高速稳定焊接,热影响区范围较小,焊接接头软化区较小.
The mild steel with the thickness of 1.5 mm was welded by laser welding. The microstructure and mechanical property of the welded joint was researched by Vickers sclerometer and the optical microscope,etc. The results show that the mild steel with the thickness of 1.5 mm can be steadily welded at high speed by laser welding. The heat?affected zone and the softened zone of the welded joint is small.
