以预合成的锆钛酸铅陶瓷(PZT)粉为原料,分别采用电热法和微波法烧结制备了PZT压电陶瓷,对比研究了两种烧结方法对PZT压电陶瓷显微结构及电性能的影响。结果表明:随着烧结温度的升高,两种烧结方法制备压电陶瓷的微观结构、介电性能、压电性能变化趋势相同;微波烧结法可获得晶粒尺寸较小、分布均匀的陶瓷;在1000℃微波烧结40min后,陶瓷的密度、介电常数、压电常数均达到最大值,分别为7.1g·cm^-3,1616,360,稍低于1250℃电热烧结120min陶瓷的密度(7.5g·cm^-3)、介电常数(1910)、压电常数(411)。
The doped lead zirconate titanate ceramics powders were used to fabricate piezoelectric ceramics by electric heat sintering and microwave sintering, and the effects of two kinds of sintering technologies on microstructure and electrical properties of piezoelectric ceramics were studied. The results show that the microstructure, dielectric properties and piezoelectric properties of piezoelectric ceramics sintered by the two methods changed in the same trend with increase of sintering temperature. The piezoelectric ceramics with smaller grain size and uniform distribution were gained by the way of microwave sintering. The density, dielectric and piezoelectric constants of ceramics sintered by the microwave method at 1 000 ℃ for 40 min reached the maximum values of 7. 1 g · cm^- 3,1 616 and 360, and they were slightly low than the density (7. 5 g · cm^-3), dielectric constant (1 910) , piezoelectric constant (411) of piezoelectric ceramics sintered by the electric heat sintering at 1 250 ℃ for 120 min.
