利用Gleeble 1500D热模拟试验机进行M50钢不同热变形量的试验.采用Quanta 200FEG型扫描电镜背散射电子像研究大块碳化物的分布情况.研究发现,20%变形量时,M50钢大块碳化物即发生了破碎的现象;当变形量达40%时,破碎的大块碳化物出现了明显的团聚.
