加入不同含量的稀土冶炼了达到目标成分的稀土耐热钢,采用Gleeble-3800型热模拟试验机上进行了850℃~1050℃温度范围内的热拉伸试验,采用电阻炉在1100℃,1150℃,1200℃下进行了循环氧化试验。结果发现,加入适量稀土提高了耐热钢的热塑性,含稀土0.06%试验钢的断面收缩率比未加稀土的试验钢的平均提高了14.3%;加入稀土提高了耐热钢的抗高温氧化性,含稀土耐热钢在1200℃时仍具有抗氧化能力。
Adding RE of different contents, heat resistant steels with target composition were smelted. The hot-tension testing on Gleeble 3800 thermo-mechanical simulator and cyclic oxidation testing at 1100℃, 1150℃ and 1200℃in electric resistance furnace were carried out. The results show that, because of adding rational amount of RE, the hot plasticity of heat resistant steel increases; the average reduction of area of test steel containing 0.06% RE increase 14.3% than that of test steel without RE; due to containing RE, the oxidation resistance of test steels increase; test steels containing RE have a capacity of oxidation resistance.
