以不锈钢为基底,采用化学复合镀的方法制备了Ni-P/TiO2膜,然后采用阴极电沉积的方法在其基础上制备了Ni-P/TiO2/Cu2O复合膜.通过X射线衍射和紫外-可见光谱对Ni-P/TiO2和Ni-P/TiO2/Cu2O复合膜进行了表征,并以甲基橙模拟有机污染物,在可见光下测试了其光催化活性.结果表明,TiO2/Cu2O复合膜的光催化性能有较大程度的提高;在相同的条件下,甲基橙在Ni-P/TiO2膜上的降解率只有10.8%,而在Ni-P/TiO2/Cu2O复合膜上的降解率达到65.2%.
