在炼钢厂1#方坯进行铸流跟踪技术代替原用的红外测长切割定尺控制技术的可行性研究与试验,大幅降低了原用红外测长定尺切割造成的尺寸波动、定尺不合改钢等,提高了铸坯收得率与成材率。

A new liquid-tracing technology has been tested to substitute for the previous infrared distancer in order to control the exact length of the casting blanks for the continuous billet caster in Steelworks 1# in PanZhiHua. Compare with the previous technology, it is found that this liquid-tracing technology can greatly reduce the fluctuation ratio of the casting blanks length, leading to a higher rate of the finished products.
