通过透射Mossbauer谱的测量,确定了高温超导体YBa_? Cu_(3-x)Sn_xO_(7-y)体系中(x=0.05,0.10,0.20,0.30,0.40),掺入的Sn以Sn~(4+)离子的形式存在,并在体系中分别占据着Cu(Ⅰ)和Cu(Ⅱ)两种位置,二者位置的相对比例随Sn的掺入量(x)而变化,超导转变温度(T_c)的测量表明,少量Sn的掺入使T_c略有降低。

Mossbauer spectra reveal that Sn exists in YBa_2Cu_(3-x)Snx O_(7-y) system(x=0.05, 0.10, 0.20, 0.30 and 0.40) in the form of Sn~(4+) and occupies Cu(Ⅰ) andCu(Ⅱ) sites. The relative rate at which Sn~(4+) occupies Cu(Ⅰ) or Cu(Ⅱ)sites varies with x. The superconductivity transition temperature, T_c, depressesa little due to the substitution of Cu for Sn.
