研究了应力比、加载频率和外加横向载荷等力学因素对X70管线钢在新疆土壤溶液中穿晶应力腐蚀开裂裂纹萌生的影响,并结合环境扫描电镜对腐蚀样品表面进行观察。结果表明:低应力比增加了载荷的波动,促进了管线钢应力腐蚀开裂裂纹的萌生;当波动载荷作用于样品的循环周次相同时,频率越低越有利于穿晶应力腐蚀开裂(TGSCC)裂纹的萌生;当波动载荷作用于样品的时间相同时,频率越高有利于裂纹的萌生;垂直于拉-拉应力方向的外加横向载荷促进了TGSCC裂纹的萌生。
The influence of stress ratio, loading frequency and additional stress on TGSCC initiation of X70 pipeline steel was mainly studied and ESEM observations of corrosion sample surfaces were carried out. The results showed that: low stress ratio increased the fluctuation of load, which facilitated the crack initiation of SCC of pipeline steel; the low frequency was in favor of initiation of TGSCC when the samples endured the same cycles of the fluctuating load; but the fast frequency was benefit to TGSCC initiation when the samples suffered the same time of the fluctuating load; and in our work no obvious effect of additional stress on the crack initiation was observed.
