研究了TiF_3的添加对氢化燃烧合成Mg_(95)Ni_5放氢性能的影响.添加1%(摩尔分数,下同)TiF_3机械球磨10 h可使Mg_(95)Ni_5的放氢性能达到最佳,在523 K时,1800 s内的放氢量可达到5.20%(质量分数,下同),并使放氢反应的表观活化能从Mg_(95)Ni_5的124 kJ/mol降低到86 kJ/mol.研究表明,TiF_3的催化作用可归因于生成的MgF_2和Ti~(x+)的氢化物减弱了Mg-H鍵.
Effect of TiF_3 addition as the catalyst on the hydrogen desorption property of Mg_(95)Ni_5 composites by hydriding combustion synthesis (HCS) was investigated. Addition of 1% TiF_3 (molar fraction) can get the best hydrogen desorption property for Mg_(95)Ni_5 mechanically milled for 10 h, which could desorb 5.20% (mass fraction) of H2 in 1800 s at 523 K. The apparent activation energy of hydrogen desorption for Mg_(95)Ni_5+1%TiF_3 milled for 10 h was decreased to 86 kJ/mol from 124 kJ/mol of Mg_(95)Ni_5. Results show that catalytic effect of TiF_3 could be attributed to the formation of MgF_2 and Ti~(x+) hydrides which destabilize the bonding of Mg-H.
