通过偏光显微镜对不同碱度司家营铁矿粉烧结矿矿相结构及冶金性能进行了系统研究。结果表明:随着碱度的提高,铁酸钙含量明显增加,磁铁矿、赤铁矿和玻璃质含量逐渐降低;矿相结构由斑状—粒状、骸晶结构过渡到交织熔蚀结构;磁铁矿由自形、半自形晶过渡到他形晶;赤铁矿由菱形定向排列过渡到他形晶;铁酸钙主要由他形晶、板柱状过渡到针状;转鼓强度有明显增加,低温还原粉化性能和还原性都得到明显的改善。

The microstructure and metallurgical properties of different basicity of sinter using sijiaying ore fines were investigated by means of polarization microscope. The result shows that: with increase of the basicity of sinter, the content of calcium ferrite is increased obviously, the contents of magnetite, hematite and glassiness are reduced. The microstructure is transformed from porphyritic-granular to interweaving corroded. The shape of magnetie is changed from idiomorphic, hypautomorphic to xenomorphic, the shape of hematite is changed from diamond to xenomorphic, the shape of calcium ferrite is changed from xenotopic and stylolitic to acerous. The drum strength, RDI and reducing property of sinter are improved.
