在阐述Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷的典型组织结构及润湿性的基础上,分析了Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷中不同碳化物及碳含量对价电子结构及润湿性的影响.发现添加不同的碳化物时,Mo2C对改善润湿性的效果最明显,而VC对价电子结构参数nA影响最大.并且得出,在一定范围内,随碳含量的增加,不仅价电子结构参数nA增大,而且润湿性也明显改善.
The classic construction and wetting mechanism of Ti (C, N) cermets have been studied, the influence of different carbide and the different carbon content to valence electron structure and wetting properties have been analysed. The results show that when the different carbide have been added, Mo2 C affects wetting properties significantly,VC affects valence electron structure significantly. The results also reveal that the valence electron structure and wetting properties improve with the increase of carbon content.
