在90℃常压海水条件下,从油田公司提供的10种缓蚀剂中筛选出HYC-4、IMC-871GH和IR-70三种缓蚀剂,对其进行高温高压评价。结果表明,IR-70缓蚀剂在150℃的高温海水中具有较好的缓蚀效果。而在170℃高温海水中,新推荐的TG520缓蚀剂在气液两相中对L80碳钢的缓蚀效果均优于IR-70缓蚀剂。同时,用SEM及EDS表征了产物膜的形貌特征和元素含量。
Three inhibitors (HYC-4, IMC-871GH and IR-70) were selected from ten inhibitors provided by an oilfield company under atmospheric conditions at 90 ℃, and then they were evaluated in high temperature and high pressure environments. The results showed that IR-70 inhibitor had higher inhibition efficiency in natural seawater at 150 ℃. Compared with IR-70 inhibitor, a new recommended inhibitor (TG520) showed better protection to L80 carbon steel at 170 ℃ in the gas-liquid phase environment. In addition, scanning electron microscope (SEM) equipped with an energy-dispersive x-ray spectroscopy (EDS) was utilized to characterize the morphology and element contents of corrosion product layers.
