将20mm厚1000MPa级钢板在线淬火后进行不同温度的回火处理,观察了组织及屈强比的变化。结果表明:回火区间在400~550℃范围,屈强比从0.81增长到0.93;回火区间在550~650℃范围,屈强比从0.93降低到0.88。试验钢单相回火索氏体组织屈强比最高,屈强比上升按组织形貌排序为:回火贝氏体加回火马氏体、回火贝氏体加回火索氏体、回火索氏体。
Yield-tensile ratio of 1 000 MPa grade plate with a thickness of 20 mm produced with direct quenching technology is studied in this paper. The plate was on-line quenched and then tempered in different temperatures. The changes of microstructure and yield-tensile ratio were observed. The results showed that the yield-tensile ratio of plate increased from 0. 81 to 0. 93 with temper temperature rising in 400-550 ℃ but it decreased from 0. 93 to 0.88 with temper temperature rising in 550-650℃. The plate with tempered sorbite was highest in yield-tensile ratio. The yield-tensile ratio of plates with different microstructures increased in the following order: plate with tempered bainite and tempered martesite, plate with tempered bainite and tempered sorbite, plate with tempered sorbite.
