采用固相反应工艺制备了不同浓度掺杂Fe的四针状氧化锌晶须(T-ZnO),利用XRD研究了掺杂后T-ZnO的物相结构,用荧光光谱研究其发光性能.结果表明,Fe在ZnO中的固溶度约为0.7%(摩尔分数),超过此极限,则Fe以第二相(ZnFe2O4)形式出现.掺杂后的T-ZnO出现明显的绿光发光特征,其发光强度随掺杂浓度增加先降低后增加.分析认为,绿光的发光机理是电子由VO到VZn跃迁引起的.
