聚二甲基硅氧(PDMS)的高疏水性、对非极性物质的强吸附性以及电渗流的不稳定性限制了其在微流控领域的应用,目前主要的改进方法是对其进行表面修饰.PDMS表面修饰方法种类众多,其中用表面活性荆修饰是最快速、便宜、简单和有效的方法之一.按照表面活性荆种类不同分为4种修饰法:阴离子型、阳离子型、非离子型和特种型.概述了迄今为止用于PDMS表面修饰的表面活性荆的种类、特征、修饰效果及相关应用研究.
