采用振荡式橡胶硫化仪研究超细滑石粉/三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)复合材料的硫化动力学行为.通过对硫化曲线求一阶和二阶导数,得到了硫化过程中的三个特征时间点(tp,t1,t2),依此可以把硫化反应分为四个阶段.各特征反应时间与1/T成指数关系.对ts2到t90这段硫化曲线进行拟合,结果表明该体系的硫化动力学过程为自加速型.反应活化能随滑石粉含量增大从98.7269 kJ/mol变到77.69 kJ/mol.
