针对某新翼型叶片,提出了翼型加厚、新型双夹板式叶片连接方式、叶片沿翼展方向开槽和加胁三种风轮固有频率改进新方法.利用PULSE16.1结构振动分析系统对相应系列新翼型叶片风轮进行模态测试,获得各结构改进方法对风轮各阶固有频率的影响规律.试验结果表明:加厚新翼型叶片可有效提升风轮前三阶固有频率18%以上;新型双夹板式叶片安装方式较老式法兰紧固叶片安装方式也可有效提升风轮前三阶固有频率,且其对风轮各阶对称振型固有频率的提升效应较反对称振型显著;沿翼展方向开槽和加胁的新翼型同样可有效提升风轮的前三阶固有频率,且其对风轮各阶反对称振型固有频率的提升效应较对称振型显著.
