分析了制氢装置中变气蒸汽发生器出口弯头在不到 半年时间内出现两次冲刷减薄爆裂的原因，并提出采取更换材质、扩大管径、控制工艺指标及优化原料等预防措施.
This article analyzes the cause of blowout on elbow,which was in service for only half year.According to the analysis results and the operation condition,some countermeasures are postulated to solve the problem such as replacing material,enlarging pathway, cortrolling technical index and optimizing raw material etc.
