以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMAA)为模板,以硫酸铜、硫脲为原料,通过简单的化学方法在80℃成功合成了CuS超长微米线,讨论了影响CuS超长微米线结构和形貌的因素,并提出了其可能的生长机理。结果表明:CuS超长微米线的直径约为1μm,长度约为20μm;PMAA浓度、沉淀时间和硫脲浓度等是影响CuS微米线结构与形貌的重要因素。

Taking polymathylmethacrylate (PMAA) as template, copper .sulfate and thiourea as raw materials, some CuS ultra-long microwires were synthesized at 80℃ by a simple chemical method and the factors for effecting structure and morphology of CuS ultra-long micronwires were discussed and the possible growth mechanism was proposed. The results show that the diameter and length of the CuS ultra-long micronwires was 1μm and 20μm, respectively. The PMAA concentration, deposition time and thiourea concentration were important factors for effecting the morphology and structure of CuS ultra-long microwires.
