TiCl3饱和NaCl溶液中采用外加添加剂尿素的新技术,于一定条件下用水热法在玻璃基板上制备出大面积TiO2纳米棒阵列薄膜.研究了尿素含量、反应温度、反应时间和TiCl3起始浓度对产物的影响,并讨论了反应机理.
