在Hank's溶液中, 采用SRV型摩擦磨损试验机对NiTi形状记忆合金与人骨配磨的微动摩擦系数进行研究.结果表明:Hank's溶液的润滑作用使合金与骨之间的摩擦系数变小,但该介质的腐蚀作用会使摩擦系数增大.在4种介质中,随着振幅的增加,摩擦系数逐渐趋于稳定.在弱酸、弱碱性Hank's溶液中,摩擦系数大于中性条件下的值.由于介质的存在会对磨屑的形成和演化起到抑制作用,相对于空气介质,NiTi形状记忆合金在不同pH值Hank's溶液中磨痕的最大深度以及磨斑体积、宽度、长度会有不同程度的减少.

The fretting friction coefficient between nickel titanium shape memory alloy (NiTi SMA) and human bone was studied in Hank's solution by SRV multi-functional test system. The results show that the friction coefficient between the bone and NiTi SMA pairs decrease with the lubrication effect and increases due to corrosion in Hank's solution. But the stable value of the friction coefficient in the acidic and alkaline media is greater than that in the normal situation. The friction coefficient between the bone and NiTi SMA tends to be stable with the increase of the amplitude in the four media. Because Hank's solution restrains the forming of worn scrap and its further development, the wear maximum depth and width of worn scrap and the volume of worn spot decrease to some extent compared with normal situations.
