采用金相、扫描电镜对低碳Cu-P系稀土耐候钢连铸坯表面角部纵裂纹及热轧板冷弯断裂面进行了宏观观察; 采用能谱及X射线波谱对角部纵裂纹开裂面上的夹杂物和热轧板带断裂面上的夹杂物进行了微区成分分析; 通过Gleeble-1500试验机对铸坯试样进行了高温力学性能测试,同时分析测试了连铸结晶器宽、窄面上的热流,找出了低碳Cu-P稀土耐候钢连铸坯表面纵裂纹及热轧板带冷弯断裂的主要成因.
