采用均相沉淀法,以生物碳酸钙作为钙源,EDTANa2为模板剂、尿素为沉淀剂,成功制备出高纯相、尺寸均匀、孔径可控的多孔羟基磷灰石(HAP)微球.研究了反应条件和添加剂浓度对样品形貌、尺寸和物相的影响.SEM分析结果显示:微球形貌和尺寸随反应温度、搅拌时间、沉淀时间、尿素和EDTANa2浓度的变化而变化.XRD分析结果显示:微球物相组成为单一羟基磷灰石相,[0001]、[10(1)0]、[10 (1)1]晶面族均有显露,添加剂浓度及反应条件对微球的物相没有影响.微球对Cu2+和F-均具有较高离子交换/吸附容量.
