利用EBSD技术研究了不同热轧温度下436不锈钢热轧织构的变化规律和显微组织特征。试验中选取不同的热轧初轧和终轧温度:分别在1080和1050℃开轧,850和800℃终轧。结果表明:较低温下开轧、终轧晶粒内部的缺陷较多,表现为较大的累积取向差,而较高温度下开轧、终轧其累积取向差明显低于低温热变形下的样品;在较高温条件下变形会形成很强(001)[1 10]织构组分,较低温度下变形在其亚表层和中心层出现了与冷轧织构组分相似的(001)[110]、(112)[110]和一定量的γ织构组分。
The evolution of microstructure and texture characteristic of 436 ferritic stainless steel sheets, which were hot rolled under different rolling temperatures by EBSD technology, was investigated. The bloom rolling temperatures at 1080 and 1050℃, the finishing rolling temperatures at 850 and 800℃ were selected. The experiment results show: there exists vast crystalline defects in the grains which leads to lager average accumulation misorientation appear, nevertheless, the obvious lower average accumulation misorientation is observed under high deformation temperature. The stronger (001)[1 10] texture components can be found under high temperature rolling, (001)[110], (112)[110] and a few of γ texture components are observed under lower deformation.
