通过BOF→RH→LF→CSP→一次冷轧→罩式退火→二次冷轧流程，成功开发了半工艺冷轧无取向电工钢50WB560并实现了批量化生产。结果表明：研制的50WB560磁性性能铁损P1.5/50为3.2 W/kg；磁感B50为172 T；产品板形和表面质量良好，能够满足下游电机和电器行业制作高效电机的要求。
The semiprocessed nonoriented electrical steel 50WB560 was successfully produced in batch by BOF, RH， LF,thinslab continuous casting and rolling (TSCR),first coldrolling, batchannealing and second coldrolling route. The results indicated that 50WB560 has P1.5/50 3.2 W/kg;B50 1.72 T, and the better satisfactory shape and surface quality,which is good for manufacture of highefficiency motors.
