针对隔离开关机械操作应力引起支柱瓷绝缘子断裂的问题,采用Ansys软件建立了支柱瓷绝缘子的力学仿真模型,仿真计算了绝缘子在弯曲和扭转载荷作用下的应变分布情况,并通过电阻应变测量技术对实际支柱瓷绝缘子进行机械力学试验。结果表明:支柱瓷绝缘子在承受弯矩和扭矩作用下,会在伞裙的伞根瓷柱上引起应力集中;弯曲负荷作用下,绝缘子自上而下各伞根处的应变逐渐增大,下节绝缘子的最大应变值约为上节绝缘子的2.7倍;扭转负荷作用下,上下两节绝缘子的应变分布比较均匀。
According to the fracture problem of porcelain post insulators caused by mechanical operating stress, a mechanical model of post insulators was built by Ansys software to calculate the strain distribu-tion of insulators under bending and torsional load, and the actual mechanical properties of the porcelain post insulators were tested by resistance strain measurement technique. The results show that when the post insulator withstands the bending and torsion load, the sheds will cause stress concentration at the root between sheds. Under the effect of bending load, the strain at the root gradually increases from top to bottom of the insulator, and the largest strain of the lower insulator is about 2.7 times bigger than that of the upper insulator. Under the effect of torsional load, the strain distribution of upper and lower insulator is more uniform.
