采用单道次大应变热轧工艺对AZ61镁合金板材进行轧制,研究了轧制温度对板材的显微组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明:在300~450 ℃之间轧制时可以成功制备出表面光洁、平整以及力学性能良好的AZ61镁合金板材;在不同温度轧制时AZ61镁合金发生不同程度的再结晶;400℃时可获得最均匀细小的轧制组织,板材综合力学性能最佳,其抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别达到308.96MPa,226.54MPa和22.52%,分别比铸态提高58.18%,29.93%和142.72%.
