选用直径200μm,纯度99.5%的钛丝丝网为反应源,通过熔渗+原位反应法制备出一种Al3Ti金属间化合物颗粒增强铝基表面复合涂层.通过差热分析仪(DTA)、X衍射分析仪(XRD)、电子扫描显微镜(SEM)、显微硬度计、摩擦磨损试验机对Ti丝与基体间的合成温度以及所得到的复合涂层进行分析,结果表明:根据差热分析的峰的变化情况,确定反应温度为890℃,当保温时间延长到20 min时,钛丝在铝基体中的反应较完全,原位合成为块状和条状的Al3Ti颗粒;颗粒的显微硬度(562 HV0.1)大约为基体显微硬度(123 HV0.1)的4.5倍;相对于没有增强体的Al基体而言,在载荷为10N的干滑动磨损条件下,保温20 min所制备的复合涂层表现出较好的耐磨性,其磨损机制表现为粘着磨损和磨粒磨损共存.
