通过固相反应法制备了Yba_2Cu_3O_x/Ag和Bi_2Sr_2CaCu_2O_x/Ag固体自润滑材料.采用XRD和SEM检测了材料的成分以及相结构.XRD结果表明,所制备的Yba_2Cu_3O_x/Ag和Bi_2Sr_2CaCu_2O_x/Ag固体自润滑复合材料都是由超导相和Ag相组成.采用销一盘式摩擦试验机研究了试样在常温下的摩擦学性能.结果表明,室温下纯Yba_2Cu_3O_x的摩擦系数为0.68~0.95,当掺杂15%(质量分数)Ag时,摩擦系数减小到最低,为0.11左右;纯Bi_2Sr_2CaCu_2O_x的摩擦系数为0.21~0.22,当掺杂10%(质量分数)Ag时,摩擦系数降低到最低,为0.18左右.在超导体中添加Ag可有效改善材料的摩擦学性能.Ag可在材料摩擦接触表面形成一层Ag膜,从而有效改善接触表面,达到减小摩擦力的效果.
The YBa_2Cu_3Cu_3O_x/Ag and Bi_2Sr_2CaCu_2O_x/Ag self-lubricating composites are prepared using powder metallurgic method. The structure and morphology of the as-synthesized samples are characterized by XRD and SEM. XRD analysis indicate that YBa_2Cu_3Ox_/Ag and Bi_2Sr_2CaCu_2Q_x/Ag self-lubricating composites are composed of superconductor phase and Ag phase. The tribological properties of the composites are studied by pin-on-disk tribometer at room temperature. The results show that the lowest friction coefficient of YBa_2Cu_3O_xC_x/Ag composites is 0.11, littler than that of Bi_2Sr_2CaCu_2O_x/Ag composites (0.18). The tribological properties of the superconductor can be improved due to the doping of Ag, because the Ag films generated at the contract zone of the composites, improve the tribological properties of the composites.
